The role We are building a founding partner bench and are looking for a Capital Markets and Credit Partner on a deal by deal basis. This is not a salaried role. Compensation is paid from closes and outcomes. The right person can earn partner level economics and a path to founding membership equity after milestones are achieved. • What you will do Own lender coverage across banks, private credit, non bank lenders, and specialty finance Structure the debt stack, senior, unitranche, mezz, seller notes, revolvers Drive term sheet negotiation, covenants, pricing, reporting, and closing conditions Coordinate financing diligence and timeline readiness to support signing and closing Help design creative structures that reduce equity checks and increase certainty of close Build a repeatable financing playbook that scales across deals • What we provide Live deal pipeline and investment materials for active transactions A clear written economics policy per deal, documented before work begins Direct access to the Managing Partner and the founding bench team A repeatable underwriting package and diligence process to support lender conversations Compensation and economics 100% commission, paid from deal closings and realized outcomes Close bonus paid from sponsor fees or transaction fees we control, per deal Deal carry participation on transactions you materially contribute to Path to founding membership equity in the platform for the right person, granted only after measurable milestones, with standard vesting Ideal profile Experience placing debt for middle market transactions, private equity, private credit, structured equity, or special situations Relationships with lenders, credit funds, BDCs, and financing sources preferred Strong understanding of covenants, credit documentation, and financing process management High responsiveness, process discipline, and deal judgment Comfortable operating in an owner mindset environment with performance based economics To apply Send a resume with Your background in credit and financing execution Lender relationships and typical structures you place A deal example you supported and your role in closing it Your location and availability now.
