Founder Video Automation Engineer (Long-Form → Short-Form Content Systems)

We build founder IP video amplification systems for B2B export, manufacturing, and professional service founders. Our goal is NOT “making viral videos”. Our goal is to turn one founder long video (training, keynote, interview, Zoom, podcast) into: 10–30 high-quality short videos that build trust, authority, and inbound opportunities. This is a content amplification × automation × trust system role, not a generic video editor or AI video experimenter. ⸻ Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a Founder Video Automation Engineer — someone who understands founder-led B2B content first, automation second. You are a great fit if you: • Understand why real founder footage matters in B2B trust building • Know how to repurpose long content into short, meaningful clips • Can design safe, review-based automation systems, not reckless auto-posting • Think in repeatable content systems, not one-off edits ❌ This role is NOT for: • Pure video editors who don’t understand B2B context • AI “faceless video” builders chasing volume over trust • Automation builders who ignore content quality and brand risk ⸻ What You Will Build You will help us automate the following Founder Video Amplification Loop: Long Video → Transcription → Highlights → Shorts → Review → Publish Specifically, you will build systems that: • Take long-form founder videos (Drive / Notion / local uploads) • Transcribe using AI (e.g. Whisper) • Identify highlight segments suitable for 15–60s shorts • Generate: • Clean subtitles • Suggested titles / hooks • Prepare short videos for publishing on: • YouTube Shorts • LinkedIn (video posts) • TikTok / Instagram (optional, controlled frequency) • Include manual review & approval steps before publishing • Log outputs for tracking and reuse ⸻ ️ Tools We Commonly Use You don’t need to know all tools, but you must be comfortable combining: • Automation: n8n (primary), Make.com • Video & AI: Whisper / OpenAI / Gemini • Storage: Google Drive / Notion • Publishing Bridges (optional): Blotato, upload-post.com • Notifications & QA: Slack / Email ⚠️ Direct platform automation must respect rate limits and safety rules. ⸻ ✅ What Success Looks Like You will succeed in this role if you can: • Turn one founder video into many usable short assets • Design workflows that protect founder brand & account safety • Explain video automation in business and trust terms, not just tools • Build systems that clients can reuse every week • Balance automation with human review checkpoints ⸻ Mandatory Screening Task (Important) Please answer the following in writing when applying: Scenario: A B2B founder records a 60-minute training or keynote.
