About Us:
We’re a stealth-mode startup building an AI-powered incident-prediction and automated response platform. The product fuses real-time sensor + device data to proactively detect emerging risk and trigger mitigation workflows—moving security and safety from reactive to predictive across enterprise, industrial, healthcare, and public venues.
Your responsibilities:
• End-to-end technical roadmap from MVP → scalable multi-vertical platform
• Cloud-native microservices architecture (Kubernetes), CI/CD, IaC, observability
• Real-time AI/ML pipeline for multimodal sensor fusion + low-latency inference
• IoT integration (e.g., BLE/UWB beacons, environmental/biometric sensors) and secure device enrollment
• Compliance-by-design foundations (e.g., GDPR / HIPAA / ISO) and early IP/patent capture
Your background:
• 7+ years building enterprise SaaS and AI/ML systems in production
• Experience in Python (TensorFlow/PyTorch), streaming/real-time analytics, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience integrating IoT/hardware signals into cloud platforms
• Founder mindset: ownership, speed, high standards, and ability to lead from zero-to-one
