Responsibilities:
ā¢ Engage new customers via phone, email, and text to guide them through onboarding and account activation.
ā¢ Educate customers on product benefits, including cost-saving features and ways to maximize value.
ā¢ Assist with account setup, resolving common setup issues such as PIN entry and initial login.
ā¢ Provide consultative support to ensure customers understand how the product meets their business needs.
ā¢ Monitor customer progress and send reminders to encourage first-time use.
ā¢ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and improve onboarding processes.
ā¢ Maintain a positive and proactive approach in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience working closely with customers in account management, customer success, onboarding, or similar capacity (Required)
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. (Required)
ā¢ Based in LATAM (Required)
ā¢ Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup. (Required)
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
ā¢ A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
