Overview:
Executes accessibility testing and quality assurance for form packages. Ensures compliance with screen-reader compatibility, tab ordering, form field logic, and DHS Section 508 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Test and validate forms against DHS 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA standardsRemediate tab order, scripting, and screen-reader incompatibilities Perform QA on logic flows, required fields, and browser compatibilityMaintain accessibility documentation, test plans, and ACRs (Accessibility Conformance Reports) Support deployment readiness checks and regression testing.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital form QA or accessibility remediationHands-on experience using screen reader tools and accessibility validatorsKnowledge of federal 508 compliance expectations and accessibility testing protocols.
