Responsibilities: • Analyze electrical systems, construction issues, and deficiencies. • Develop expert opinions and identify responsible parties. • Create comprehensive forensic engineering reports. • Serve as a lead testifying expert in claims, arbitration, and litigation. Skills andExperience: • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or above preferred) andProfessional Engineer license preferred.• Minimum 1 year of Forensic Engineering experience. Previous Expert Testimony experience preferred but not required. • Minimum 10 years of Electrical Engineering experience, including but not limited to: • Knowledge of building electrical systems (power, lighting, communications, lightning protection, security) and industrial/manufacturing systems (process, chemical, water/wastewater, power, transmission lines, oil & gas). • Detailed knowledge of design, equipment specification, testing, commissioning procedures, and fire investigations - What we offer: At HKA we recognize that our people are critical to our ongoing success.Our priority is to provide an inclusive and collaborative culture aimed at providing the best opportunities for our people to thrive and develop in their chosen career path.
