[Remote] Analyst, Analytics - Corporate Reporting

The Analyst role supports data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, and business insights, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision-making.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of analytics projects by gathering data requirements and preparing reporting deliverablesConduct exploratory analyses to support program performance, compliance tracking, and utilization trendsMaintain clear and organized documentation of query logic and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatabilityCollaborate with internal teams to support alignment between analytical work and business goalsParticipate in meetings with stakeholders to understand project needs and provide data supportContribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making across departmentsUse analytical tools to uncover trends and insights from complex datasetsCreate dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and strategic initiativesMaintain and update standard and ad hoc reports with guidance from senior team membersSupport efforts to ensure reporting and analysis meet compliance standardsParticipate in quality control reviews and help maintain documentation and consistency across deliverablesEngage in internal training and development to strengthen analytical skillsResponsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncomplianceSkills1–3 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence or a related field (matching current Analyst level)Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/ServerStrong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake preferredExperience with GitHub for version control and collaborationFamiliarity with dbt concepts and governed metric definitionsPreferred domain knowledge in PBM/pharmacyExperienced working with pharmacy and medical claims dataExperience with client reporting is strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communicator with non-technical stakeholdersExperience in large-scale, high-growth organizationsExposure to Agile practices and cross-functional project workExperience working with Tableau REST APIBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceCompany OverviewJudi Health is a health technology company providing a comprehensive suite of solutions for employers and health plans, including: ‍- Capital Rx: a public benefit corporation delivering full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions to self-insured employers ‍ - Judi Health™: full-service health benefit management for employers, TPAs, and health plans ‍ - Judi®: a single, scalable SaaS solution that health plans can utilize to manage all their claim workflows Through these solutions, Judi Health is executing on its mission to give our country the infrastructure it needs for the healthcare we deserve.
