Niagara Falls State Park is a pristine oasis of three massive waterfalls, attractions, and 400 acres of protected wildlife.
Responsibilities:
Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsCommunicate operational needs with managementEngage in daily operations to ensure efficient guest serviceAssist in BOH and FOH operations which can include inventory, production, food safety, and flow of serviceAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform team, member duties when necessary
Qualifications:
Experience working in a hospitality environment requiredMinimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and hold team members to company standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree required
Physical Requirements:
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally Ablity to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
