Through our mobile apps, our community of qualified nurses provide much-needed staff for short-staffed facilities. About this role As a Flutter Mobile Developer at ESHYFT you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile apps. If you are passionate about creating responsive, scalable web applications, we’d love to have you on board. Location : Remote- United States Qualifications • 5+ years of experience with mobile development, with 3+ years experience in Flutter • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. • Strong grasp of both the Dart and JavaScript/TypeScript languages. • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs • Knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for mobile. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities • Design and build scalable applications for various platforms using Flutter • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write unit and integration tests to ensure usability and reliability of applications. • Monitor the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them. • Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes. • Understand end-user requirements and translate these into effective mobile solutions. • Attend regular meetings with the development team to discuss progress and concerns • Ensure the latest industry trends and technology advancements are considered and applied in development processes. Ensure the implementation of security best practices. • Work with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs.
