You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing accurate information about our clients' products and services. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless and satisfying customer experience, ensuring that our clients' customers feel valued, heard, and supported. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent – E-commerce Live Chat Support, your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients' products and services * Assisting customers in making informed decisions about our clients' products and services * Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring that customers feel heard and supported * Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills and empathy * Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our clients' CRM systems * Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new releases, updates, and promotions * Following up on customer interactions to ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience * Collaborating with our clients' teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer support * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge **Contract Length and Pay Rate** This is a full-time remote position, offering a flexible contract length and a competitive pay rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills.
