Let’s see what it takes What you will do: • Edit weekly 10–15 min bolthires videos (faceless “job leads” and reaction/commentary formats) • Use modern editing styles inspired by creators like Ali Abdaal, Chloe Monaco, and Tiffany Ferguson • Design clickable thumbnails consistent with Paybump’s brand • Add B-roll, captions, and visuals to boost engagement and retention • Source royalty-free music and stock footage as needed • Maintain visual consistency across all videos • Track key metrics (CTR, retention, subscriber growth) to refine editing • Deliver final videos within 24 hours of receiving raw footage • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information What you need to succeed in this role: • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) • At least 2 years of experience editing bolthires content for established creators or media brands • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro • Experience creating thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop • Solid understanding of bolthires analytics • Proven ability to deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines • Excellent communication and time-management skills • A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics • Positive and responsible attitude • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Benefits and Perks: • Fixed schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4 pm – 9 pm CET • Part-time opportunity (20 hrs per week) • Opportunity to work fully remotely • Inclusive international environment • Compensation in USD • Good bonuses for referring friends • Paid intensive training and probation • Work-life balance • Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation • Greenhouse conditions for self-development • The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.Certain benefits and conditions typically apply to employees; independent contractors may not be eligible for all of these.
