We’re a fast-growing, nationwide real estate investment company looking for a Senior Acquisitions Agent to work warm inbound leads and close contracts like a pro.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Work warm, inbound leads — no cold prospecting or list pulling
• Revive “no contact” leads that ghosted after showing interest
• Text, call, and follow up creatively using our CRM tools
• Build fast rapport, uncover motivation, and lock in signed agreements
• Stay organized and relentless with follow-up and deal flow
• Attend brief training sessions and team check-ins
• After closing 2–3 deals, start receiving top-tier, fresh leads

Compensation & Perks
• $600/week base pay (W2)
• Uncapped commissions — average $5k–$8k/month once ramped
• 50% of Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance paid
• W2 employee status — not a 1099 contractor
• National holidays off (paid)
• Remote forever — work from anywhere in Florida
• Pipeline commissions stack as deals mature (30–90 day cycle)

Schedule Expectations
• Full-time only — no part-timers or side-hustlers
• Flexibility required: sellers are nationwide, so evening/weekend calls happen
• You're in control: the more time you invest, the more deals you close
• We operate on Eastern Standard Time

What We’re Looking For
• Must live in Florida
• Retail department sales does NOT qualify — do not apply if most of your sales experience is hourly or non-commission based
• Proven success in high-ticket, commission-driven sales
• Car, solar, insurance, real estate, alarms, or similar
• Fearless on the phone — you like pressure and objections
• Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
• Coachable, gritty, competitive, and driven by personal growth
• Organized and tech-comfortable (we’re fully virtual)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year
