Job Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Lawyer (Sub-Consultant), you will:
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably
Advise clients on their legal rights and options throughout the litigation process
Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact cases
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A qualification as a solicitor or barrister with relevant experience in litigation
A proven track record of successfully managing litigation cases from inception to resolution
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and presenting cases effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
