Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to work our third shift in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities

Accurate Data Entry: Key a minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour OR type at least 55 words per minute with an error rate of 1% or less
10-Key Proficiency: Perform 10-key data entry by touch with speed and accuracy
Process Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of production processes specific to your assigned area
Quality Output: Demonstrate a proven commitment to timely and high-quality production output on a consistent basis
Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain cooperative and positive relationships with your assigned team leader, work associates, and the client
Direction Compliance: Understand and carry out oral and written directions accurately and efficiently
Attention to Detail: Carefully review all data before entry to minimize errors and maintain data integrity
Production Goals: Meet or exceed daily and weekly production targets as established by management
Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any data discrepancies or process improvements
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered during the shift
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience preferred
Typing Speed: Ability to key a minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour OR type at least 55 words per minute
