Position Overview
We're seeking fun, smart, and nice individuals with experience in:
Monthly transactions and reconciliations using QBO, Xero, and other software.
Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll management.
Additional tasks based on your skills and interests.
Desired Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
Tax preparation, payroll setup, and sales tax experience.
Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, or other accounting software.
Accrual accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation.
HR or operations background is a plus.
