Conducting outbound calls and administering surveys
Reading from a script and asking questions to collect responses
Recording and compiling survey data
Engaging in meaningful work without sales or collectionsjust valuable insights!
Key Skills And Requirements
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
A solid understanding of customer service
Reliable attendance
Experience
No prior experience requiredpaid training will be provided
Open to applicants aged 16 and up
Schedule Options
Evening shifts: 4 PM - 11 PM (Mon-Fri)
Weekend shifts: 10 AM - 6 PM (Sat), 1 PM - 9 PM (Sun)
Minimum one weekend shift per week required
Choose from available shifts (18-40 hours per week)
