[Remote] Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans Support the development and maintenance of business analysis tools and templates Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is an advantage Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Company Overview It’s an exciting time to join Techpoint.
