A day in the life… • Support the Photographers with lighting digital photography and video for e-commerce operations. • Work with Photographers on lighting diagrams, and equipment maintenance. • Manages and optimizes digital assets, ensuring high-quality image processing, and supports creative teams. • Collaborate with both studio peers and external partners to identify and implement improvements to the image creation process, streamlining workflow and driving efficiency. • Manage color accuracy and lighting quality for optimal consistency across studios. • Identify production issues and proactively implement solutions that align with studio KPI’s. You own this if you have… • 5+ years of fashion/product e-commerce photography experience; portfolio required • Professional experience in a high volume, high production environment, with proven ability to achieve continuous improvement. • Ability to build positive relationships across teams and drive the direction of photography and process in a studio environment. • Strong communication skills with ability to deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner and manage change in a positive and proactive way. • Strong technical proficiency with advanced knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Capture One software and color calibration software.
