Key Responsibilities:
Implement teacher lesson plans and provide individual and group instruction to students
Assess student progress, evaluate work, and provide feedback
Assist in creating a Nature-Based learning environment and support students with special needs
Develop and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment
Participate in professional development activities and training
Perform various non-instructional duties, such as playground supervision, safety duty, and classroom maintenance
Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher
Ability to maintain an orderly and safe learning environment
Physical ability to move about the classroom and playground
Lifting capacity of 30 pounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
