What You’ll Be Doing:
• Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications (Suboxone prescribing preferred but not required)
• Provide brief therapy during visits (preferred)
• Certify patients for medical cannabis to support holistic care
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking, supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
• Active Minnesota PMHNP license with independent practice authority or eligibility
(Typically requires 2,080+ supervised clinical hours)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner preferred
• Interest or experience in therapy, substance use treatment, and/or medical cannabis certification a plus
• Strong commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Availability to work at least 32 hours per week as patient panel grows (flexible scheduling available)
