• *Overview**
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is undergoing a major general ledger (GL) modernization and is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst with strong OneStream expertise to support regulatory reporting, data transformation, and system enhancements.This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and systems, with a strong focus on OneStream development, stress testing (CCAR / FR Y-14A), and financial reporting accuracy.
• *Rate:**
$60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2 or $65 - $70/hr c2c
• *Responsibilities**
• Modify and enhance calculations, business rules, and data structures within OneStream
• Support GL transformation efforts, aligning financial data with new dimensional structures
• Build and maintain FR Y-14A (14A) / CCAR stress testing reports, including XML-based outputs for Federal Reserve submissions
• Manage and troubleshoot data loads into OneStream, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Extract, transform, and deliver financial data into Snowflake for downstream reporting and analytics
• Perform reporting remediation, resolving discrepancies across financial datasets and regulatory outputs
• Partner with Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to align financial reporting requirements with system capabilities
• Support ongoing enhancements, testing, and optimization of financial reporting processes
• *Required Qualifications**
• Hands-on experience with OneStream (required)
• Experience with financial reporting, GL data, or regulatory reporting environments
• Exposure to CCAR, FR Y-14A, or similar stress testing frameworks
• Experience modifying calculations, rules, or data structures in an EPM system
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex data environments
• Experience with SQL
• *Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience with Snowflake
• Background in financial services/banking
• Experience generating or working with regulatory reports
• Prior experience in GL transformation or reporting remediation initiatives
• Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available and that may result in pay outside of the range provided.*
