Qualifications We’re Looking For • 5+ years in VP/C‑suite roles or equivalent senior leadership experience. • Proven expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and business operations. • Exceptional communication & influencing skills. • Strong understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and compliance (a plus). • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
