About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role within our Investment Client Center, supporting clients with their wealth management and investment needs. This position is part of our Wealth and Investment Management division, where you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse financial products and services while helping clients navigate their investment journeys.

What You'll Do

As an integral member of our client services team, you will:


Support Financial Products and Services: Work within our contact center environment to assist clients with a wide range of financial products and investment services, including money market funds, retirement accounts, and wealth management solutions.

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and care while ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to outstanding service.

Identify Improvement Opportunities: Recognize potential areas for enhancing the customer service experience and provide actionable recommendations to resolve both internal and external client issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Collaborate with Internal Partners: Engage effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and coordinated client support.

Handle Complex Customer Tasks: Perform moderately complex customer service tasks that require attention to detail, financial knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Manage Risk and Compliance: Mitigate risk by adhering to all established policies and procedures, staying current with regulatory changes, and maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions.

Promote Digital Services: Advocate for and educate clients about digital banking capabilities, including online statement delivery, digital account access, mobile banking applications, and other technological conveniences that enhance their banking experience.

Navigate Multiple Systems: Efficiently operate across multiple computer systems, applications, and databases to access client information, process transactions, and find solutions to complex inquiries.


Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in financial services, banking, or a contact center environment. Equivalent experience may be demonstrated through previous work experience, formal training, military service, or relevant education.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and professionally.

Technical Proficiency: Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently while using search tools to locate information quickly.
