What Weβre Looking For
Weβre seeking motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are passionate about helping others. No prior financial experience is needed β we provide full training and support to get licensed and build your business.
Key Traits:
β’ Self-driven and coachable
β’ Strong communication skills
β’ Enjoys educating and helping people
β’ Sales or customer service experience is a plus
β’ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
β’ Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we provide guidance)
Responsibilities
β’ Educate clients on financial strategies and solutions
β’ Analyze client needs and goals
β’ Provide recommendations for insurance and retirement planning
β’ Build and maintain relationships
β’ Stay current on industry tools, products, and best practices
Compensation This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Average Full-Time Agent Annual Earnings:
β’ Entry Level (0β3 years): $65,000
β’ Mid Level (4β7 years): $284,000
β’ Senior Level (8β10 years): $500,000+
