The Opportunity As a Manager, Strategy & Digital Transformation Consulting (Financial Markets & Real Estate), you will lead multidisciplinary teams to advise developers, institutional investors, and public-sector partners on portfolio optimization, digital transformation, and market intelligence. You’ll act as the strategic bridge between real estate finance and AI innovation, guiding clients through technology adoption, feasibility automation, and data-driven decision-making — while driving UnlockLand’s consulting practice across the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities • Lead client engagements focused on real estate investment strategy, AI integration, and operational transformation. • Conduct financial and market analyses, leveraging UnlockLand’s proprietary AI platform to simulate zoning, massing, and cash flow outcomes. • Partner with internal teams to design digital transformation roadmaps for developers, REITs, and municipalities. • Manage project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client goals. • Supervise, mentor, and develop analysts and associates — building a culture of analytical excellence and innovation. • Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for value creation through automation and advanced analytics. • Present insights and recommendations to C-suite clients, investors, and government stakeholders. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Urban Planning • 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment analysis, or real estate strategy • Strong command of financial modeling, underwriting, and valuation principles • Experience managing projects and leading multidisciplinary teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred: • Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Digital Transformation • Experience with AI tools, PropTech platforms, or data analytics (e.g., PostGIS, Power BI, Python) • Deep understanding of market feasibility, land economics, and digital workflows • Certifications: CFA, CCIM, MAI, or PMP What Sets You Apart • Proven ability to bridge financial strategy and digital innovation • Passion for reshaping the built environment through data intelligence and automation • Strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of property economics and technology adoption • Experience advising institutional investors or public-sector clients on portfolio transformation, zoning, or infrastructure At UnlockLand, we’re reimagining how development decisions are made — using AI to compress 10 weeks of due diligence into minutes.
