Your primary responsibilities will include tracking strategic project success, retrieving relevant data, creating ROI analyses, and supporting decision-making at the leadership level. Key Responsibilities Track and analyze strategic project success, including data retrieval and ROI creation Assist in variance analysis of ROI expectations and actual financial performance Support quarterly production of strategic project performance updates and communication of impacts to executives and stakeholders Provide input in the decision-making process for business strategy, prioritization of projects, and other ad-hoc analysis Partner with technology colleagues to establish delivery dates, project timelines, and incorporate project timeline risks Effectively communicate across multiple business units, including Finance, Technology, and Marketing Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values, including Empathy, Well Being, Inclusion, Integrity, Respect, and Experimentation Requirements Essential Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus 2-5 years of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create macros Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment Willingness to travel on a national basis (approximately 5-10%) Preferred Qualifications Experience with ROI creation and reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Financial Analyst with ALG Vacations, you will need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to think strategically and provide insights to drive business decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At ALG Vacations, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
