Join Biogen as a Contract & Data Entry Co-op supporting a high-impact project to ensure contract data accuracy and streamline supplier management. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Review legal contracts to extract and confirm relevant data points. • Accurately enter and update contract data into internal systems. • Flag inconsistencies or missing information for follow-up. • Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all entries. • Support the Source to Pay project focused on transforming supplier contract and data management. About You The company is looking for: • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. • Appreciation for clean data and its downstream impact. • Ability to work independently with support from a Global team. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date. • Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university, or skills program/apprenticeship. • Undergraduate majoring in Law with a focus on contract negotiations or related majors. Compensation & Benefits • Base compensation range: $23.00-$27.00 per hour, based on academic level and degree candidacy. • Company paid holidays. • Commuter benefits. • Employee Resource Groups participation. • 80 hours of sick time per calendar year.
