Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions for our private real asset funds, including real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
Prepare investment proposals and presentations to support fund managers in making informed decisions.
Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including analyzing financial statements and conducting valuation assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for investment analysis.
Develop and maintain financial models to track fund performance and forecast future returns.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations to communicate fund performance and investment strategy to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in investment processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of investment analysis.
Assist in the development of investment strategies and provide recommendations for portfolio diversification.
Participate in fund management meetings and provide insights on investment performance and market trends.
Act as a subject matter expert on private real asset funds and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
