Job title: Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance Department Company: Davidson Hospitality Group Job description: Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance Department • Based in Atlanta • Flexible work environment • Bonus eligible What you will do: As a member of the Finance and Treasury team, the Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance Department will contribute to the financial health and treasury management of Davidson Hospitality Group. Primary responsibilities of the role include: • Prepare and maintain liquidity models for individual hotels • Determine hotels' compliance with their respective loan financial covenants • Calculate incentive management fees • Assist with analyses related to • Cash flows and availability • Owner Distributions • Corporate operations and multi-year/strategic plan modeling The Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance Department will work closely with all members of Finance team as well as senior management within the organization and Hotel and Corporate accounting teams. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Finance & Treasury.
