Financial Advisor - Baltimore, MD

The Financial Advisor will conduct presentations to educate plan participants about retirement savings plans and assist in increasing plan participation and deferral rates. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets. Presentations include enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor or determined by the applicable communication and education plan Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments Skills High school diploma or GED required Appropriate state insurance licenses required Must have excellent presentation skills Bachelor's Degree preferred Series 7, Series 66 preferred CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus Benefits Health and Wellness: We offer a range of medical, dental and vision insurance plans, as well as mental health support and wellness initiatives to promote overall well-being.
