Key Responsibilities: Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of blithequark and build strong relationships with our customers Meet with potential clients to understand their financial needs and create personalized financial plans Become fluent in financial products, including Life and Series 6, and obtain relevant financial licenses Train and onboard new hires, developing them into key team members and contributing to the overall success of our team Work closely with our team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with customers and colleagues alike.
