Filing, Data Entry
We are currently looking to fill the position of an filing/data entry position. This position will be spending their time in reviewing daily sales from gas stations, Calculation of timecards weekly, making and upkeep of employee files, helping with other tasks within the office . Computer knowledge and familiarity of Excel and Microsoft Outlook are a must. This position will be a lot of computer and filing work. Duties are to also include, which can be changed at anytime :
Ā Reviewing Daily Reports
Ā Reviewing Store Cash Over/Short - Going Over Cash Issues With Store Managers
Ā Data Entry of Daily Sales
Ā Answering phones
Ā Running Background Checks
Ā Running I-9 verification
Ā Printing and review new employee hiring forms received from store managers
Ā Calling store managers for any missing forms or incomplete forms
Ā Filing new employee forms into an employee file
Ā Filing Documents into folders and/or employee files. Following up on missing and/or expired forms
Ā Reviewing and printing invoices
Ā Submitting vendor applications/ following up with vendor applications as needed
Ā Refiling original documents into files
Ā Calculating employee timecards and printing timecard verifications for employees to sign.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
