Fielding Support Representative (EW/Electromagnetic Spectrum)
Position Summary:
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to serve as a member of the Product Manager Electronic Warfare Integration (PdM EWI) Product Support Team (PST) to serve as a liaison with various entities and help coordinate integration processes for EWPMT V1.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting EW&C. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:Serve as a member of the EWI Product Support Team (PST) to gain proficiency in EWPMT-V1 / gain familiarization with the EWPMT-V1 āPillars of Trainingā; directly reporting to the EWI PST Team Lead; (Integrate EWI Product Support into the software delivery pipelineAssist in the creation, development, review, validation, verification, and updating of EWPMT training materialsAssist in the creation, development, review, validation, verification, and updating of change pages to the EWPMT MIL-STD Technical ManualCoordinate MIL-STD Technical Manual change pages with Tech WriterAssist in the creation, development, review, validation, verification, and updating of the EWPMT TRADOC Training Support Packages (TSP)Liaison with the T2COM / TRADOC New Systems Integration Branch (NSIB)Coordinate with the NSIB to execute TRADOC TSP changes within the TRADOC Development Capability (TDC) SystemStay current on TRADOC Development and Instruction standardsSupport New Equipment Training (NET) / New Equipment Fielding (NEF) activitiesDevelop and update the EWPMT Community of Service page on Microsoft TeamsMonitor and Management of Mission Command Support Center (MCSC) trouble ticketsIncorporate lessons learned from NET/F and MCSC to enable modernizationSupport Software Qualification Testing / Software Acceptance TestingSupport Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) activitiesSupport Continuous Integration / Continuous Development pipeline activitiesPrepare and deliver military type briefingsPrepare and deliver military type reportsPrepare administrative or acquisition related documentationDevelop, review, validate, verify, and update Materiel Fielding PlansAssist with Total Package Fielding processes to include warehouse operationsCollaborate and interact with other team members to identify and resolve issuesComplete other duties assigned by the PST Lead
Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 75 poundsMust be willing to travel 50-90% Temporary Duty (TDY)Must have a U.S. Passport to travel TDY OCONUS10 years minimum of related experience requiredExperience can be a combination of applicable military experience in the following Military Occupational Specialties:Electromagnetic Spectrum ManagerElectronic Warfare Officer / TechnicianField ArtilleryNetwork TechnicianExpert communication skills both verbal / writingExpert interpersonal / teamwork / coalition building skillsAbility to analyze data, conduct independent research, prepare reports, and create presentationsDigital organizational skills (Microsoft Office / Teams or product data management tools)Self-starter; self-motivator Preferred: System integration experience with military networks or Battle Command Systems (i.e. AFATDS, JBC-P, DDS)Certification in the TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Developer Course (CFD-DC)Certification in the TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC)Certification in the TRADOC Training Development Capability (TDC) Education and Certification Requirements: Minimum level of education required: HS Diploma, Bachelorās is preferred
