Field Supervisor, Automotive Services - Immediate Hire

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to lead our Independent Contractors in the Emergency Road Service (ERS) department. As a key member of our team, you will provide field management support, build strong relationships, and drive success through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring. In this role, you will:
Provide guidance and motivation to service providers to achieve performance thresholds and excellent customer service
Supervise and evaluate independent contract stations, ensuring compliance with Club policies and procedures
Investigate and resolve member and customer service issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
Develop and implement strategies to improve station coverage, call volumes, and overall operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Receiving and Dispatch management, to ensure seamless dispatch procedures and resolve concerns
We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $74,000 - $98,600 per year

Requirements:
4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in ERS, CSR, or related sales management
Proven ability to manage large external vendor relationships and work teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products and financial analysis tools
Valid Driver's License and acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle record
