Field Service Technician -- Arizona, New Mexico, Utah

They are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide preventative maintenance and repair on medical equipment at hospitals in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, with a focus on high-quality service and customer relationship building. Responsibilities Maintenance, repair, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at customer locations (medical facilities) Technical diagnosis and repair cost estimates on customer-owned medical equipment Assists the Sales team in marketing company equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demo and trade show set-up, etc) Grow Service Contracts revenue through service contracts and renewal of existing service contracts Align with all health and safety codes and procedures as mandated by company policy, customer requirements, and regulatory agencies Completed and submit accurate reporting Spare parts inventory management Daily driving and flying to customer locations (medical facilities); 50-75% overnight travel Skills High School Diploma or GED required Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment Electrical and mechanical assembly Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license Lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds Associate's Degree in an Electrical or Mechanical field Training and/or certifications Sales experience Benefits Benefits begin on day-1 Full family health/vision/dental coverage Paid time off Employer-matched 401k plan Paid training Company Overview Arjo has worked in close collaboration with care homes and healthcare professionals, providing a unique understanding.
