Job Summary The Field Marketing Specialist, North America will execute field events and campaigns for the U.S. and Canada and reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, North America... ?Responsibilities • Execute field events (i.e. webinars, seminars, meetings and trade shows). (50%) • Collaborate with manager and team members on event plans. Execute event plan. • Work internally with stakeholders to ensure agenda, speakers, food & beverage, and overall event requirements are met. • Develop and oversee vendor relationships to support event activities. Manage invoicing while respecting budgets and deadlines. • Carry out event tasks and act quickly to proactively resolve problems. • Incorporate key learnings into future events. • Oversee Consumer Goods field campaign projects. (50%) • Collaborate with manager on campaign plan. Schedule and execute digital campaigns and manage calendar deadlines. • Research and manage advertising plan and media relationships. Research new opportunities. Coordinate ad placements and execution. • Provide social media plan recommendations and work with manager to align overall campaign objectives. • Work with industry associations and research collaboration opportunities. Stay on top of membership contracts. • Coordinate with the sales and lead gen teams to ensure successful campaigns & events and report on results. • Evaluate campaign results and prepare ROI reports. ?Requirements • ?2-4 years of experience with corporate or field marketing events. • Experience working in the consumer goods industry in North America. • Proven experience as a marketing coordinator or specialist. • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution and working with budgets. • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills. • Able to handle projects, autonomous, problem solver. • Understanding of responsibility and accountability. • Good communication and collaboration skills (negotiation ability is a plus). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related field. • Experience using project management software tools is a plus. • Languages: English (another language is a plus) What We Offer • Competitive salary and benefits • A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities • Opportunity to work remotely with a dedicated and motivated team. • Varied and challenging work to help you grow your technical skillset.
