Field Marketing Manager, Onsites

About the Role As a Field Marketing Manager at BioRender, you’ll bring our mission directly to the scientific community by designing and executing memorable event experiences. You’ll own the strategy and execution of BioRender’s field marketing programs — from major conferences and trade shows to campus and customer onsites — to drive awareness, engagement, and demand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to connect BioRender with scientists where they work, learn, and discover. What You’ll Be Doing • Develop and lead BioRender’s onsite and field marketing strategy — driving brand presence, pipeline growth, and community engagement through events and activations. • Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events, ensuring every experience reflects BioRender’s brand and mission. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align field marketing activities with go-to-market goals and customer engagement strategies. • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional onsite experiences efficiently and on brand. • Collect and analyze event performance data to measure ROI and continuously optimize our field marketing approach. • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to amplify event content across digital, PR, and community channels. What You Bring to the Table • 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing — ideally in a SaaS, tech, or life sciences environment. • Proven success designing and executing field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and brand impact. • Strong organizational and project management skills — you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships across teams and vendors. • A passion for creating exceptional in-person experiences that inspire and engage audiences. • A growth mindset — you’re creative, resourceful, and excited to scale programs that make a real difference in the scientific community.
