This is a highly collaborative, full-cycle marketing role responsible for a diverse marketing mix, including integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional events. You will work in close partnership with our regional Sales team and global marketing functions to accelerate growth and build the Greenhouse brand.Who will love this jobA strategist – you excel at seeing the big picture and translating business goals into a comprehensive, revenue-driven marketing planA partner – you thrive on building strong, collaborative relationships with sales and other marketing teams to achieve shared objectives An analyst – you are obsessed with tracking performance, measuring ROI, and using data to report on success and inform future campaigns An owner – you take full responsibility for your region, from crafting campaign briefs and copy to managing projects and executing on the ground A builder – you are excited by the opportunity to establish a new function from the ground up in a critical expansion marketWhat you’ll doDefine and execute the comprehensive field marketing strategy for the BNL/DACH regions, with a direct focus on revenue-driving activitiesOwn the regional marketing calendar, managing integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM programs from concept to completion using tools like AsanaDevelop and implement the lead generation and pipeline acceleration strategy to meet and exceed regional targets for both new business and customer expansion Partner closely with BNL/DACH Sales leadership to ensure alignment, enable the sales team for success, and create targeted programs that support their goals Create essential campaign assets, including campaign briefs, email copy, and landing page content, to drive program execution Document and report on campaign performance and its impact on pipeline at 3, 6, and 12-month intervals Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and co-marketing successYou should haveProven experience in a B2B field marketing role with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation Demonstrated experience marketing to the BNL and/or DACH regions A track record of tying marketing activities directly to revenue goals (sourced leads, opportunity creation, pipeline influence) and reporting on that impact Experience executing a community marketing strategy, including community events.Experience managing end-to-end event strategy and execution, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluency in Dutch and/or German, a plus Experience in the B2B SaaS industry, a plusYour own unique talents!
