As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that our customer experience is exceptional and our business is growing. **Key Responsibilities** * Foster deeply customized end-to-end email campaigns for customer segments critical to blithequark's business in collaboration with key partner groups like Customer Personality and Data Science. * Utilize our high-level in-house estimation capabilities to understand the impact of each touchpoint and maximize return on investment. * Manage end-to-end channel execution and underlying driver diagnostics through analysis; develop vital, data-driven solutions for complex business issues. * Assemble, emphasize, and improve on triggered marketing email communications through collaboration with colleagues and key partner groups, including Creative, Data Science, Marketing Innovation, and Design teams. * Lead underlying driver examinations and influence cross-group associations to rapidly identify execution issues and prescribed actions to execute. **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year college education in Technical studies, Finance, Business, or other concentrations with a quantitative focus. * 2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or operations. * Capability in data analysis and high-level Google Sheets/Excel use; enthusiasm about finding patterns in data; knowledge of SQL is a plus. * Excellent decision-making and verbal and written communication skills - ability to distill and communicate complex ideas and influence senior-level and cross-functional partners. * Ability to possess and execute on solutions for complex issues independently. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A desire to win together - collaborative person who wants to see themselves and others succeed and flourish. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with e-commerce data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Adobe Analytics. * Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. * Experience with SQL and data modeling. * Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts. * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At blithequark, we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
