Description
**Job Title:** Field Support Agent
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Field Debt Solutions team as a Field Support Agent. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customers' circumstances and helping them agree on an appropriate solution to resolve their debt.
Identify new tenants through face-to-face discussions, Letting Agents, and neighbors while complying with the Data Protection Act.
Lead warrant teams to force entry into customer premises to exchange or disconnect meters when necessary.
Record job information using the appropriate paperwork or electronic equipment.

**What We Need from You:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a genuine desire to help customers.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Basic PC skills, including proficiency in using smartphones and tablets.
Reside within the designated area and be willing to travel.
A full, valid UK/EU driving license (preferably clean, but with a maximum of six points).
