Virtual Assistant to Founder Flexible, Creative, and Ready to Run with Ideas
Im looking for a Virtual Assistant whos not your typical VA. I need someone who can roll with the chaos, chase random-but-brilliant ideas, and support me when inspiration strikes. Youll be working directly with me, helping move things forward on a variety of fronts from research and outreach to organizing thoughts, jumping into email threads, and generally helping keep momentum going when Im in the zone.

Youre a strong communicator and can help me shape rough thoughts into clear action steps or messages
Youre tech-savvy, fast on your feet, and not afraid to take initiative
Youre good at coworking live when Im online and just need to jam on stuff together in real time
What Youll Do:
Research ideas, trends, suppliers, competitors, marketplaces, or anything else were exploring
Help write, polish, and send emails or messages on my behalf
Organize random notes or voice messages into actionable tasks or documents
Follow up on things Ive started but havent finished (and gently nudge when needed)
Occasionally schedule things, draft posts, or help with team coordination
This Role Is:
Flexible hours will vary, but expect ~515 hrs/week to start
Remote work from anywhere, but ideally U.S. time zones or similar
Collaborative Im not looking to just hand off tasks; Im looking for a sidekick who wants to build cool stuff and figure it out together
Bonus Points If:

You love weird products, eCommerce, or viral content
You can make a decent spreadsheet but also appreciate a good meme
