Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to FedEx services.
Assist customers with tracking packages, scheduling pickups, and handling delivery issues.
Provide support for billing and account-related queries.

Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred).
Previous customer service experience (call center or remote support is a plus).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, internet navigation, etc.).
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
