Job Overview:
Red Orange, a global full-service government contracting company, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and proficient in English to join our team and support our growing sourcing needs for services across Latin America. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Argentina, Chile, or Colombia.
About the Role:
This role focuses exclusively on sourcing and procurement of products, equipment, and services for US Federal Government projects. This is NOT an HR, manpower, or talent sourcing role.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and managing service providers, vendors, and suppliers across Latin America. You will work closely with our internal teams to fulfill sourcing requests, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sourcing of services across Latin America.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and service providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing needs and timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and records.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
- Proficient in English for business communication.
- Based in Argentina, Chile, or Colombia (remote work).
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms is a plus.
