About Me

I run multiple growing companies, and we’ve just launched a new shop that’s moving very fast. I’m looking for a super organized, highly responsive Virtual Assistant who can keep up with a fast-paced environment, manage moving parts without things slipping through the cracks, and also bring creativity to our Instagram Stories.
The Role
This is not your average assistant role — I need someone who is:
Extremely organized (knows where to put information so it never gets lost).
Proactive and able to manage their own to-do list (so I don’t have to chase for updates).
Communicative with daily updates (no disappearing days).
Flexible with time zones (if I’m asleep during your morning, I want to wake up to clear responses and updates).
Creative with Instagram Stories only (not feeds) — someone who knows Canva and can design fun, engaging stories that fit our whimsical/kids brand.
What You’ll Do
Provide daily check-ins/updates on tasks and progress.
Organize and manage information from me so nothing slips through the cracks.
Handle 10–12 hours of work per week (with potential to grow as the business grows).
Support with light content creation for Instagram Stories — product showcases, engaging polls/questions, fun branded designs.
Help keep multiple projects moving efficiently.
Must-Haves
Proven assistant/VA experience in a fast-paced role.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong communication skills (quick responses during your work hours, clarity in updates).
Canva experience for IG Story creation.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities without losing track.
Bonus Points
Experience with kids/family brands or Etsy shops.
Creative eye for whimsical and engaging IG story content.
Compensation & Benefits
10–12 hours per week to start.
