What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide in-home visitation services to enrolled participants, focusing on enhancing family functioning
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with families, offering support for up to five years
- Administer screening tools and refer families to additional supportive services
- Assist families in setting and achieving goals outlined in the Family Service Plan
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required statistical reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health care field
- Minimum of two years of professional experience working directly with youth and families
- Ability to establish trusting relationships and knowledge of infant and child development
- Experience working with culturally diverse families
- Willingness to engage in reflective practice and professional growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred
- Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred
