Join our team at Better Living Foster Care & Family Services as a Family Centered Treatment Clinical Program Supervisor - Hybrid Option after 120 Days.
We are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based services to families and children. This full-time position offers opportunities for growth, development, and certification in Family Centered Treatment, along with a comprehensive benefits package including holiday pay, PTO, health insurance, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, mileage and phone reimbursement, 401k (eligibility after one year), and a Student Loan payment program up to $200/month.
Salaried employees receive a company-paid life insurance death benefit of $50,000.
The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health practitioner responsible for overseeing the FCT Program, ensuring service quality, supervising practitioners, maintaining program fidelity, and collaborating with community partners. FCT is a home-based, evidence-based treatment model focusing on family dynamics and emotional interactions.
Time/Schedule Requirements
• This is a full-time position, requiring 40+ hours weekly. Hybrid work is optional after 120 days.
• Hours may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, with on-call responsibilities.
Education/Certification Requirements
• Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMPH) or license-eligible in Nebraska
• Master’s Degree in clinical counseling
• At least two years of experience with children and families
• Knowledge of FCT model and evidence-based practices preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
Skills and Experience
• Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills
• Organized, deadline-oriented, and a team player
• Empathetic and able to build rapport
• Background check clearance required
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and human development
