Key Responsibilities Develop Marketing Collateral: Proactively create marketing materials from new and existing content to promote our brand, including graphics, videos, and more. Social Media Strategy: Design and implement a content and growth strategy for our social media platforms to enhance our online presence. Community Engagement: Engage with online communities in an authentic and meaningful way to build brand awareness and foster a loyal following. Metrics Analysis: Review and analyze metrics across all digital channels to inform future strategies and optimize our online impact. Collaboration with Executive Team: Assist the Executive team in brainstorming campaigns and developing innovative ideas to drive growth. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: Social Media Experience: At least one year of experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design (proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is required).
