We partner with organizations and communities to deliver meaningful, engaging, and unforgettable cruise events. Position Overview We are looking for a connected, relationship-driven sales professional to introduce large churches—especially mega-churches—to the opportunity of hosting custom cruise experiences for their congregations. This is a commission-only role with substantial earning potential, designed for someone who understands the church landscape and can confidently engage decision-makers. What You’ll Do • Identify and connect with church leaders, pastors, and decision-makers • Generate your own leads through industry relationships and outreach • Present the vision of a church-hosted cruise experience • Guide churches through the full sales process from interest to commitment • Track all leads, communication, and follow-up in a shared system • Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management Ideal Candidate • Experience working in or selling to the church or faith-based community • Existing relationships with churches, ministries, or religious organizations • Understanding of how churches plan events, fund raise, and engage their congregations • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Highly organized, transparent, and accountable Compensation & Perks • High commission structure with no income ceiling • Opportunity to participate in and experience luxury cruises • Flexible, fully remote work environment • Ability to work with purpose-driven organizations and communities Requirements • Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) • Must be willing to sign a Non-Compete Agreement • Must maintain clear, accurate tracking of all sales activity Who This Is NOT For • Individuals seeking a salaried or hourly position • Those without existing or developable relationships in the church space • Candidates unwilling to prospect and build their own pipeline Job Type: Contract Pay: $20,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: • Work from home Experience: • selling to churches: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
