Fact-Checker/Veeva Operational Specialist
Location: Remote
Pay: Up to $60/hour (based on experience)
Work Hours: 20-30 hours per week to start.

We are looking for more than just a task-manager; we are seeking a critical thinking partner to support our VP of Operations. We create and review educational and marketing materials for pharmaceutical drugs. We need a self-starter who can take full ownership of the Veeva submission process and scientific fact-checking.
This is a freelance position with potential to become full-time for the right candidate. You should be the type of person who spots errors others miss and can problem-solve submission roadblocks independently. Job Description / Duties:
· Overseeing operations for Veeva submissions
· Tagging and linking within Veeva
· Handling traffic (emails) for contractors, while providing clear instructions
· Interfacing with agency clients with professionalism and tact
· Fact-checking scientific content
· Overseeing quality control for educational and marketing materials
· Making client and review team edits to materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma or Biotech.
• 3+ years of hands-on Veeva experience (submission & annotation).
• Familiarity with AMA guidelines.
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
