Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to work in a dynamic virtual environment, providing exceptional support to our patients and prescribers. As a Customer Service Associate Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting patients and prescribers through inbound and outbound phone calls or web support, addressing various inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Handling medication orders, order status updates, explaining patient benefits, resolving account issues, and billing inquiries with empathy and attention to detail.
Serving as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
Participating in extensive paid training to ensure proficiency in arenaflex systems and procedures, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our services and policies.
Maintaining high call volume productivity, handling an average of 30-50 calls daily, while adhering to scheduled work hours and meeting performance metrics.


Role Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, with excellent technical skills and adaptability.
Ability to excel in a high-volume call center environment, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent time-management abilities.
Customer-oriented with the capacity to adapt to various patient perspectives, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.
Reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace free of distractions, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Availability to work within Contact Center hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.
